At the centre of the journey we open ourselves to new insights and experiences, different perspectives, and clarity for new direction. Hanoi, the cultural heart of Vietnam, provides the backdrop with it’s glorious mix of French Colonial, Traditional and Modern Vietnam.
Fly to Hanoi
We’ll have fun with a light-hearted “Tourist’s Language Crash Course” from a local, as we experience Hanoi street snacks at a Bia Hoi.
Our dinner guest Martin, will enthrall us with stories of Vietnam society, family life and people, gathered over his 30 years in Hanoi.
At the Silk Village we’ll watch silk making and shop for clothes, fabric and furnishings, before enjoying a 90 minute luxury massage (from a selection)
Over dinner meet Caitlyn from The Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation and hear about their wonderful work rescuing kidnapped children and trafficked young women, and providing homeless children with a new start.

HA LONG BAY
As we enter the third and final stage we begin to integrate our insights and personal growth. Gently and calmly we prepare to re-enter our everyday world feeling uplifted, inspired, energised and renewed aboard an iconic junk boat cruising magnificent Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We’re surrounded by beauty, serenity and stillness, and hundreds of towering limestone islands that speckle the emerald waters.
Transfer to Ha Long Bay and board the Cruise Boat
Various activities are provided during the cruise. These may include*: caves, pearl farm, floating village, squid fishing, tai chi etc
Workshop – Full Moon Release Ceremony
More activities are provided by cruise boat as we return to shore and then on to Hanoi
