        CANCELLATION POLICY 

         

        • The deposit is non-refundable. Any cancellation results in forfeiture of the $400 deposit
        • The balance of the total final amount is refundable for cancellations made up until 30 days before the scheduled start date of the retreat.
        • The balance is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date.
        • If cancellation is made within seven days of the start date of the Retreat credit can be arranged subject to circumstances. No refund will be made. However, credit may be transferred to another event.
        • Please note no refunds or discounts will be made for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness.
        • If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason the cancellation policy will apply with no exceptions.
        • Unfortunately, we are unable to make refunds to you for unforeseen circumstances such as injury, family emergency etc which prevent you from taking part in all or part of the planned retreat, as we have costs already incurred when reserving venues and activities. To protect yourself we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance can be obtained as soon as you make a booking.
        • In the unlikely event that we may have to cancel all or part of the retreat due to weather, natural disaster, political upheaval or other causes which are beyond our control, we cannot guarantee a refund. We will make every endeavour to obtain refunds wherever possible and we will pass on to you the benefit of any refunds obtained. To cover these risks we recommend you purchase travel insurance.
        • We reserve the right to cancel the trip if  minimum numbers are not met. In the event that a retreat is cancelled due to too few participants we will refund to you all deposits and payments already made. We cannot, however, compensate you for airfares you may have purchased or other travel costs you have incurred.
        • Please note no refunds or discounts will be made for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness.

         

         

        MINIMUM NUMBERS

         

        • We will confirm the Retreat as soon as minimum numbers are reached.
        • You will be notified immediately minimum numbers have been reached.

        We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance when you pay to cover yourself should you be unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. 

         

         

        REFUNDS

         

        • The $400 initial deposit is non-refundable.
